West Ashley Park encompasses over 260 acres with amazing habitat for wildlife and BIRDS! The park has miles of trails through mature and diverse woodlands, wetlands, along waterways, and even a wooded island. The park attracts a wide variety of migratory and resident songbirds, woodpeckers, wading birds, raptors, and many other bird species. West Ashley Park is Charleston County eBird hotspot #44 with 167 bird species recorded!
