We will explore Pitt Street Bridge and the surrounding habitat to find local and migrating bird species. Pitt Street Bridge provides a great opportunity to explore the salt-marsh, mud flats, and open water habitats. This location offers an easy walk along a paved pathway with incredible views of the Charleston Harbor and Ravenel Bridge. Pitt Street ranks #12 on eBird with over 234 bird species recorded. It is a great location to find Clapper Rails, Osprey, Saltmarsh Sparrows, Seaside Sparrows, Nelson's Sparrows, Marsh Wrens, Gulls, Terns, Sandpipers, Egrets, Herons, Oystercatchers, and many other species!
