Returns are accepted if item(s) are returned within 14 days of purchase and in original packaging. Refunds will be issued once the item(s) is/are returned. 

Patches are shipped after payment through the USPS. Some patches will ship prior to the month issue date, however most will ship during the month they are issued. (example, the May patch will ship during the month of May)
